At Astro Pathshala, we offer exchange support only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products. Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with proper photos or an unboxing video for verification.
Customized, energized, used, or special spiritual products are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange. Once approved, the replacement product will be dispatched after successful quality verification.
